Yep, I only knew about it's usage for getting infinite bolts in R&C1 for Blackwater City. But this is pretty funny too

That exploit was the only way I completed R&C1. As it was the only way to get the RYNO. And the RYNO was the only way I could defeat the final boss. (I kept running out of conventional ammo mid fight and ran out of money for the expensive delivery service. Thus RYNO was the only way)

@@dan123891 If you look closely at the video the decoy glove is being used to propel the player character forwards using janky physics. The best analogy I have is from a video I have on my PC I've yet to upload. There was an enemy in the game who I got stuck between a cog like thing and the wall. He was stuck in a falling animation and would not die no matter how much I shot him. So I used the decoy glove to push him out of the stuck position and he died. Think of it like an orange. You keep squeezing it until the seeds fly out. That is sort of the thing that's happening here, the player is forcing themselves upwards and forward by bouncing off the decoys.

I would totally use this to jump off the rail to get into the museum. When I was young I somehow managed to glitch over the clear wall near the elevator somehow, it must have been a 1 time glitch because I spent many hours trying to replicate it but was never able to get over and return to the museum. To this day I still don't even know the designated way to get in.

yea so actually the developers love speedrunners and have hosted them on their twitch channels. you have no idea what youre talking about. the amount of work that goes into making videos like this is insane and is a project out of love for the game. ive played this game 1000 times more hours than you ever will in your life.

Pretty sure they've beaten the game the legit way multiple times, at least enough to want to take part in speedrunning it
