This is a Tool-Assisted Speedrun (TAS), which means that this video was made in an emulator with save states and slow downs for a theoretically perfect run, for entertainment purpose.

I have an explanation why they went crazy. Look on LV and HP. As you know (or not) that LV 19's EXP has approximately 50000. After the murders before Sans, Chara (not StoryShift) teleported from an original game to UnderSwap, where continued to murder others and teleported again before UnderSwap Papyrus to StoryShift AU to do same things with approximately 100000 - it's already LV 20. But it's still not LV 21, maybe level cap or just requires more EXP for this. Now, Chara has more 150000 EXP. Many murdered monsters and living creatures. Chara teleported again but encountered with them. This is a reason why they went crazy.

Cooool. Although, when "the player" reaches 20 LV, on the stqats, it isn't shown how much EXP they need to go to the next level. So, there is a possbility they reached on Maximum LOVE. Reaching that, there is no turning back. They will kill without a care in the world. or, universes in that sitaution. That's why, if the trio don't stop "them", they will just continue the genocide, to the clueless victims, who they stand no chance against the murderer.

There is one small detail: Starting from level 19, a person does not obey the principle of division into moves. He can act during other people’s moves, although Frisk only discovered this power in themselves at the very end of the battle with Sans. Starting from level 20, a person doesn’t even have to press buttons; they can immediately attack as they want and do other things.

It would be unrealistic for the protagonist to simultaneously attack and dodge the barrage of attacks being thrown at them; regardless of their level. (Ignore Omega Flowey, that’s just for the sake of suspense) We know Frisk strikes down Asgore and Sans easily in a genocide run, but that may be due to their capabilities. This trio seems exceptionally powerful with Chara assisting the skeleton brothers, allowing Sans to finish Frisk off at the very end of this fight. However, at the start, where the cast is idling, Frisk attempting to attack seems plausible.
