Kudos to quad for utilizing vector strafes to such a degree that viewing the video has become a much more pleasant experience, while also doing it in a stylish way. Loved the hud song too

amazing. Recently been playing some deathmatch again and speedrunning half life again after some time... funny how I installed it again roughly around the time you uploaded this.... I am still trying the crossfire lamp jump trick... after 8+ years lol never stop quad.. and yalter, and all the others still keeping this "scene" alive...

0:13 - Get him! 0:25 - has been got (by the witch doctor?) 0:50 - no longer got 0:55 - finishes off kleiner (no more hl2) 1:03 - The lamentations of Lamarr 1:46 - is told it's not good up there 1:48 goes up there anyways 2:00 - begins strange ritual 2:06 - ritual ends (door explodes, soldier witnessed everything) 2:22 - places explosive, shoots at wall that doesn't exist 2:28 - teleports into door, world has been restored 2:31 - end of segment I'm really excited about this new development on half life 1, one of my favorite TAS speedruns i used to watch on my 30 minute lunch breaks a few years back. Thank you for the quality content Quadrazid and everyone else involved in the TAS community for this game ^_^

I think it was Witch Doctor by Cartoons. However, if you search for “Athletic Theme (PAL Version) - Super Mario World”, you’ll find a… rather similar sounding version to say the least 😅
