@@ChrisStrikerpor ejemplo Kof 98 si juegan con personajes en modo Extra (la que hay que recargar la barra para los Supers) el taunt o burla puede retrasar la carga del rival.

One thing about art of fighting is that the characters is when they get hit they get bruised unlike most fighting games they dont even get bruised.

Ryo and Roberto arriving in USA military airport looking for kicking the captain Guile's ass. While waiting Guile, Ryo and Roberto can't get along who first gonna fight him, so they decide to set it with a fight! Art of Fighting was on cutting edge of its time, for a 2D fighting game characters were unusually as huge as a nowadays Tekken, including real time physical damages, power charge, zoom in/out action etc where all the 2D fighting games back then were static and annoying. Still one of my all time fav fighting game so far. Well done SNK!

Ufff Art of Fighting un juego bastante inovador en esos pequeños detalles que se agradecen ( tener que cargar la barra para usar poderes , que al hacer la burla le restas Ki a tu enemigo , se les hincha la cara de los golpes y los Bonus Stage no hace falta decir que eran la leche )

¡¡¡ART OF FIGHTING!!! Con estos juegos sabías que un simple error de cálculo podría costar tu victoria; y no olvidemos ese sonido que escuchamos cuando faltaban 10 segundos... PD: Excelente vídeo, Mr.Bizarro :) PD2: Me emocioné al ver esto, ya que con esto puede traer mi tan esperado "Yuri Vs Mr.Big" :')

Ahhh AOF las batallas mas dramaticas de los juegos de pelea de principios de los 90. Era como tener la pelicula de accion 80era en tu arcade mas cercano... Que hermoso.

@@MBizarro en su defensa, no se siente fuera de contexto a lo que se tenia planeado con los dos primeros juegos. Me explico, AOF esta basado en peliculas de artes marciales de los 60,70 y 80. El OVA se siente como pelicula de Jackie Chan, Van Damme(el kickboxer), Arma Mortal y varias de comedia y accion. Y lo logra. Al principio del OVA, Ryo persigue un gato dentro de un departamento en donde se encuentra a una persona siendo amenazada y la asesinan, y ni Ryo ni Robert les importo que muriera alguien inocente, simplemente dieron putazos para salvarse y se fueron. Claro, se esperaba que se fuese fiel al primer juego con Mr Karate, pero lo adaptaron muy bien para ser un anime de accion y comedia con buena musica de parte de la banda musical de SNK y buen ritmo de historia. Eso si, la accion es escasa y eso se critica mucho pero no por eso pierde su originalidad. Vamos, el OVA se parece a los comerciales japoneses Live Action de AOF2 en su momento. Comedia + violencia, mas original que la historia tipica del bien contra el mal del SF Zero o FF.

This is two CPUs at really high levels fighting and doing specific actions. Hence why there's so many double KOs.

Esas eran voces digitalizadas y no las mariconadas de sonidos que sacaron después en los KOFs, sin mencionar el maravilloso arte híbrido en los diseños del genial Shinkiro que igual en los KOFs desmerecieron por un estilo anime tipo Naruto. AOF era un juegazo que merece volver a las nuevas tecnologías con el espíritu original que enganchó a esta saga a la generación noventera.

Belíssima luta! Ryo Sakazaki e Robert Garcia merecem, são ícones, feras demais, os grandes astros desta bela franquia que é Art Of Fighting! A disputa entre o soco múltiplo de Ryo e o chute múltiplo de Robert é muito da hora! Enfim, esta foi uma das melhores!
