The Skull Cross Gang is wreaking havoc in Metro City, and it's up to Guy to restore order. This is an improvement of 1:12.82 over the previous (tasvideos.org/704M) TAS by Diman, largely due to better use of combos and manipulation of enemies.
Just like the previous run, Sotel6 uses sledgehammers to kill enemies, bringing new meaning to the phrase "tool-assisted speedrun". (Groan.)

17:43 I thought Hagger was being sarcastic here, so I looked up the Japanese script. Guy said politely, "the mayor will handle everything afterwards" and Hagger said, "yeah, I got it." So it's a genuine thank you, at least in the Japanese version.

4:19 It was years before I learned that not destroying that bus sign causes Stage 3 to continue. I just figured it was a strangely short level. It wasn't until said sign happened to not be destroyed one time that I learned otherwise.

Capcom should release an HD version of all 3 Final Fight games for new hardware, I love my SNES but it would be cool to play an updated version.

Having it done in the style of Natsume's recent HD upgrades like Wild Guns Reloaded and Ninja Saviors would probably be ideal.

@@SideBurn12 Final Fight 2 and 3 were made for SNES from the ground up. That is why I suggested an approach like Natsume's rereleases - they look very much like beefed up, arcade-spec versions of the games they are based off of.

@@cabbusses Oh, ok! I did not know that. I thought they were developed for arcade and then ported to SNES, like most other Capcom games back then :) Yeah, then a HD upgrade would make alot more sense.

Today for the first time I played Final Fight 3, and I beat it. Honestly, this one here is much easier than the first and the second (which is great I would say), and above all I enjoyed it a lot. Great game, along with the 2

The sound bytes in this game always seemed kind of muffled to me. Very fun game anyway.
