No, this is not a bot you fucking morons. Its him playing with tool assists. Meaning he can slow the game down, advance frame by frame to get frame perfect inputs, and use savestates if he messed something up. Its him pressing the buttons. Not a bot.

Me too.. Im a loser who drinks too much atm and watching this is not only pure nostalgia.. But.. It's like some sort of "comfort" and idk if its healthy or not but i remember happier times playing this on the xbox classic.. I keep going back to SSX tricky videos now wondering if i should play it again but the nostalgia is just too much... Freaking game ment so much to me when i was a kiddo.

this game is nostalgia to me 😂 I’m a Korean and about 10 years ago arcade version of this game was at the stationary store in front of my elementary school. I played this game every day and I had to mash the buttons to know how to perform the moves LOL and highest score I could get in that map was around 1m~1.5m this video is great :)

Watched the whole video with my mouth hanging open. Read tool assisted, and was slightly crestfallen. Read Mitch Korson's thoughts, remembered how hard doing any of those tricks was, and how difficult it would have been to do them reliably enough to input the commands into a tool. I'M HYPED AGAIN! THAT WAS SOME AMAZING SHIT!

It's pretty obvious why this game was loved. Listen to the announcer. Listen to mac commenting on your performance. The musical score is nice and the game play is simple. Basically, make simple repeatable gameplay with personality and your customers will be happy.

SSX racing should be a real sport. Take standard snowboard racing and add: 1.Tricks done reduce your race time (best race time wins) 2.You are allowed to go off track/jump over corners 3.You are allowed to push other riders (no no touching the head / open palm pushes only / no grabbing)

Once i scored 1.9 miilion, my friends used to think that I have scored very big and after watching the video today I want to hide this video so that my friends do not see it, and they still feel that my score was the best.

The video is TAS(Tool Assisted Speedrun) So game is recorded by using scripts....so you played well ..

No, the tool he uses makes it so that the tricks and airtime he does them in are perfectly planned out to the very last possible frame before it counts as a crash landing. It's ridiculous, quite frankly, but doable.

This game reminded me of Sonic Adventure 2, snowboarding and some mutated hedgehog riding a piece of metal down through a narrow city *same difference*

@daniel355273 No. A tool that slows the game down (to your preference) and lets you save the state of the game so if you crash, for example, you can go back to that point with the exact amount of points, time etc.
