Watched her perform in Nashville last year. She played continuously for 2.5 hours and then ended the show with this song...each note...perfect..I was screaming so hard thought I might die of happiness...out of this world

Same thing happened at her concert in Vancouver, BC. After two-plus hours of nonstop dancing, sprinting between instruments, melting faces for like three encores, Tash broke out the twelve-string and played Blackbird. I looked around and everyone was just staring transfixed with their jaws on the floor, I'm pretty sure nobody blinked for like eleven minutes. I'll remember that for a long time.

I'm 64 years old. Traveled a ton, Europe, Asia North and Central American, Caribbean etc. Hundreds and hundreds of big time concerts, thousands of smaller venues. Never EVER have I heard anything at all like this. She's beyond amazing. She could've been at Woodstock and made history. (No I didn't go to Woodstock. I was 14) Coming to Boston on May 14th? Hope it's not sold out!!!

I agree. 'Jungle' was one that impressed me so immensely. Listening to the all-time greats and appreciating some of the best music to come out in the last 40 years it was hard for me to wrap my head around a solo performance like that. From the intuitive play style of the instruments that almost transcends skill to the sheer tenacity of the overall performance. She's something special and if there really is a 'muse' out there, she really connects well with it.

This is pretty incredible. In all the world, how many other people can do two-hand fretting on an acoustic 12 with this much fluidly, with this much vigor? Steve Tibbetts, Kaki King, Leo Kottke... Hedges? That may be it! And we are witnessing a unique new voice.

Its because of her music i got into painting and everything i paint is with bold colours exploding into one another i actually spent 9 hours on one of my paintings listening to to tash the whole way through! Tash makes me feel so euphoric she is my drug that keeps me connected to my inner creativity. I love you TASH!

Got to see Tommy Emmanuel off chops on lsd at a new years eve concert at Rottnest Island Western Australia in 1993. Was absolutely amazing when he played Initiation. Never touched the nasty nasty shit, but had 50 - 100 trips in a 10-15yr span and had some great times with like minded mates.

I first experienced this song in a tiny little hippie shop in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, population 358-- it was playing when we entered. I sat and listened while my friend perused the shop's offerings. I forget who was even accompanying me that day-- this song absorbs all memory of that experience, and I will never forget the emotional response it evoked in me.
