Ive used kbp in a small nylon strung guitar (Lacote copy) and was impressed by its tonal range. But its very soft and easily damaged.

Great video Trev, I actually preferred the King Billy out of the three. Listened with headphones on & to my ears there was a broader spectrum of frequencies plus better mids, great stuff. Have you tried Tasmanian blackwood in any builds?

Hi Brett, I use blackwood for my backs and sides (all builds so far), it's slightly harder and denser than celery-top, so I haven't been inclined to try it as a soundboard.
