I have both those breeds and Copper Marans. I was waiting for you to bite in and do a texture and taste test also 😂 I've only eaten the Bresse so far and they are a good meat. Like you said, dark meat legs. Good texture and flavor.

They are both really good!! Will be trying the Mechelens in another 8 weeks 😊
