I got a rye barrel pick from the Bourbon Junkies from New Holland last year. Really good stuff. Sagamore has a good stout finished rye from what I've heard.

Nice Pachelbel's Cannon snippet you snuck in there. Also, Dustin's eloquence is staggering: "I don't know how much grams...are...weighing...feels." Finally, "There really is nothing like a shorn Dustin. It's breathtaking. I suggest you try it."

Love Dragon’s Milk Stout, as it is a close 2nd to Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. I have had some samples of Dragon’s Milk Bourbon, which is surprisingly good. 🥃 in our youth…4 years ago. 😆

Templeton has a very nice stout finished rye. It's a 95/5 rye and the stout adds a very nice mellow creaminess to the spice of the rye. Sounds like it's something you guys would enjoy.

The only stout cask finished whiskey I’ve had is Jameson. Very enjoyable, easy drinker. I have the Lagavulin Offerman Edition Guinness cask finish too, but it’s unopened. Saving that for a special occasion.

If you can find a bottle of Old hWip from New Holland, do it. I find that peach note in that whiskey too. I’m assuming that peach note comes from their yeast strain. Their Honey barrel finished whiskey is pretty good too.

How many bottles do you have in that closet? You seem to have quite the variety in your selection. It would be cool to get a tour one day.
