Just got done with this tour thanks for the info and link. Our tour guide Ha recognized you when we showed her the youtube video. We will be going back to a couple of those places plus a couple she pointed out while we walked.

Lol most of these werent even from Ha Noi, they are imported dishes from other provinces.

To be fair, the street food tour is about what you can get whilst walking through Hanoi. As it's the capital, there are many different options from all over the country. Do you know of a tour that is specifically for authentic Hanoi food as people may be interested in that too
