Really cool that your little guy is into the figs. As a dad, having your son be interested in something you like is about as good as it gets. Thanks for all the videos!

Mary Lane grows well in the ground in western WA. I have had one in the ground seven years and if I had not been pruning it often, it would be 20' tall and 30' wide. I live about an hour north of Portland.

Hi Ben, I really enjoy your videos. I'm a newbie and bought a Celeste fig. The fruits are very large and they stay pretty much green until ripe. The tree grew 20" in 2 years. Is there anyway I can send you some pics to help me identify? Your expertise is appreciated.

Just wondering how long it will be before I get to taste a Mary Lane fig. Ill be picking up a 1 year old tree soon, and hoping that it grows vigorously for some tasty figs this summer.. Thanks
