Tata Nano Complete Service
As the name of this video suggests this is indeed Tata Nano complete Service and finally its here you guys. I am sorry it took more time than it should. But better late than never right. 😊😊.
So in this service video of tata nano I did engine oil, air filter, oil filter, and fuel filter. I only replaced coolant and will be making a separate video of that maybe next one. And now guys after the total service of this baby tata nano the car is performing really great and throttle response is awesome car feels more powerful than before. Maybe the throttle body helped or our semi synthetic shell helix hx7 or maybe both of them made a difference...
Anyways whatever it is i am seriously enjoying the car and will give you guys an update after at least 1000 kms.

Dear, I have been done Super Special Service in tata nano. Hx8 engine oil, 1.5 litre Castrol coolant, front tyres 145/70, rear tyres 145/80 with nitrogen gas. These tyres will increase your tata nano comfort level, speed, power, Pickup and ground clearance. Yes your throats cleaning video will be helpful for more high performance. Please clean your tata nano radiator with, otherwise you will face heating problems. Recently I have been done lukhnow trip 1100 km trip in 42 litres perol with 100km/hr speed. We was total 4 person 2 heavy begs. I am crazy about the Tata nano.

HX8 that's really nice brother you have given your nano the taste of fully synthetic oil. How is the experience does that make the car little silent. I am loving the hx7 and throttle body cleaning does made a good difference. And I also changed the coolant which was not at all required because the coolant was super clean and i did that just because its been a few years and I have also mentioned that in this video and today I have uploaded that coolant video too do check it out... And brother why you have downgraded the rear tyre i know it has little bigger sidewall but it also gonna have lower grip...And thats pretty awesome mileage you got there 😊😊

Front tyres should be 135/70 & the rear ones should be 155/60. There's a big reason behind the mechanical engineers of TATA chose this, since the engine is on the rear end and it would take you at risk of getting imbalanced (as luthra stated)..

to check the engine oil level, you have to start the car and idle for 10-15 seconds and check. once it starts and idle, then only the oil will circulate and shows the actual level.

Brother that totally depends on the usage of everyone. So the company fixed parameters are 10000km or 1 year whichever is earlier for oil, oil filter, air filter. And for every alternate service one will replace all that plus transmission oil, coolant and fuel filter. If you are driving less then just check oil after a year and only replace it with fresh oil if its in below average condition along with oil filter which is mandatory at every oil change. Rest all filters can work for long like the fuel filter it has a very long lifespan and air filter can be cleaned if its medium dirty...

Engine Oil 10000 is recomended. Gear oil I replaced at 50000. Clutch oil also at 50000. Air filter has no limit. Check it time to time and if required replace it. Fuel filter also at 10000. Coolant is never replaced. It lasts for 100000 KM.

Hi Amul, Watched this video now. I have also done the same things during Jul 2019 at service center. 1. Oil filter change (raised the car on lift at service center) and just used the circular clam to turn and remove it. 2. Engine oil change: SC used a mix of oil and oil mixing agent costs 700 + 600. They didn't used a semithentic oil castrol that I bought (as per service center norms they don't use outside purchased parts). 3. Fuel Filter was 5 years old: Rs 250 may be. 4. Air Filter: Rs. 150 - Earlier could also be used if blowed but just Rs. 150 so changed 5. Throttle Body cleaning - Ideally was not required as car only used abt 10000 kms 6. Break wheel cylinders - Had oil leak 7. Scrapping of drum 8. Wind Shield cleaning 9. AC disinfectant for vents 10. AC vent - Rs . 150 After which car became totally new on roads I had an issue of Car AC cooling for which changed condenser fan around Rs. 2700 and also later 6 months cooling coil was changed for which dashboard was opened. Had told him first itself and had a fight when again cooling issue came. He discounted few things as their mistake

Bro last week I tripped 52000 KM. Last oil change was at 42000 KM so I went for Engine oil change. After consting SA at Auth Dealer, he suggested to replace Eng Oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Gear Oil, Clutch Oil, Gear Oil. I skipped coolant replacement as I did regular top ups. I was also facing a pick up fluctuation at all speed ranges suddenly and often. If I was crusing at 50s or 60s suddendly it jerked 1 or 2 times and again speed was normal. They did a road test and suggested a basic check. After check up I found clutch was ok. THNK GOD. I suggested your throttle body and they found it clean. Finally they found that HT wire was defective and was missing sometime. So replaced the HT Wire and the spark plugs. After that the performance was way smooth and my pick up fluctuation went away.

@Shailesh Telharkar Brother thank you so much 😊. Many cars have corrosion issue not just nano because of the environment. Just take little precautions like don't wash it with ground water (khara paani) that may leads to corrosion faster. And I never driven cng nano but I have good reviews about it from it users owners. And the mileage is super fantastic and yeah those cylinders are really something. 😊😊👍🏻

Bhai maine nano ki service krayi thi bhar....sab chij krwayi service me bas petrol filter bhul gya...aur 2500 km ke bad gadi 80 se upar cross nhi kr rhi thi....speed sensor fault bta rha tha scanner se... actual me fault tha petrol filter jisse 2 sal hogye the aur pura clogged ho gya tha jisse petrol ki supply fuel injectors tk nhi pahuch paa rhi thi full acceleration and speed me...ab change kraya aslb bdia speed pakad rhi h

Amul Bhai, Tata ke service schedule ke hisaab se fuel filter har 10000-10500 km ke bich me badlna recommended hai, kisi bhi gaadi ki service jitna ho sake company ke schedule se hi karaani chahiye ye details gaadi ke user manual me diyi hui hoti hai.

Brother usme toh aur bhi bhot cheezen likhi hoti hai just because of service centers cheezen replace karne se unhe direct income hai required ho ya na ho. And abhi yehi cheez check karne k liye i hacked open Tata Nano fuel filter to see the condition of it. Bhai ram ram .. Kya haal hai .. Pehchana ?? Finally mene nano ka complete work karwa liya hai .. Complete exhaust chage hua hai, front suspension and bearings change hui hain, front ac condenser repaire hua hai, complete breaking system replace hua hai in sabke alawa complete service with all filter change complete coolent change, general electric works, complete interior dry cleaning aur ye sab approx 10,000 me wo b genioun parts ke sath Ab issue ye hai ki gadi ki complete wash mara tha engine bay me bhi to shayad isi wajah se engine check light flash ho rahi hai meter par, Fog lamps ka bhi kaha tha par unka kehna hai repaire nahi ho pyenge kyuki current supply hi nahi aa rahi hai lamps par, Ac ka complete kaam hua hai cooling ok hai par mene socha tha ki itna sab karwane ke baad ac blower se air flow pressure badega par aisa kuch nahi hua full 3rd point bhi sirf front passengers ke liye ok ok hawa lagti hai halanki cooling theek hai to moderate temprture ho jata hai .. Tumhara nano engine misfire wala video dekha tha mujhe bhi exact same issue aa raha hai pehele lag raha tha ki itna saara kaam hai gaadi me to isi wajah se misfire ho raha hoga par ab full repaire ke baad bhi jab gaadi garm ho jati h tab misfiring shuru ho jati hai.. Mechnic ka kehna hai ki koi issue nahi halanki chalne me wakai koi issue nahi sirf khadi gadi me misfiring hoti hai. Wow bhai bhot hi badiya congratulations 😊😊.. 1. Brother misfiring can happen by a number of reasons like sprak plus, ignition leads, throttle body. Just get this checked nad it will be fixed... 2. Check its fuse in the fuse box. kyuki aap bta rhe ho fog lamps ki wire par curent hi nhi ja rha 3. Get the car scaned with obd tool jo maine video mein dikhaya tha... Hi @amul Meri nano me kabhi kabhi break two times press karne k baad phir lagte hai what is the actual problem I'm not understanding and waise breaks are good but after pressing twince sometimes not every time suggest me on this coz in the service showroom they are saying 10k

Brother bahar kisi ache mechanic pe check karwao there is Air in the braking system tabhi ye problem aati hai so wo proper tareeke se oil ki bleeding kardega toh all will be okay... Service center ko chhodo...

Nano is fantastic brother and in the meantime, I have made plenty of videos on the nano, and even these days there is an audio upgrade project is going on in nano...And I am loving this oil brother that has made my nano pretty smooth...And super sorry for the late reply...

Brother filter toh company se hi milne hai toh uska same price hai har jagah and oil har koi apni preference ka oil leta hai toh isi liye kuch nhi bola maine but dont worry main yahan bta deta hu aapko. Got all 3 filters for Rs 350 from boodmo app and oil from outside market for Rs 1150 for 3.5 liters but nano needs 2.2 to 2.3 liters... And for labour i paid Rs 600 for 3 jobs Service, coolant change and throttle body cleaning...

Aaj maine second hand Tata Nano purchase ki hai,mujhe aapki help ki jarurat hai, Jo nano maine li hai wo 31500 km chali hui hai, Jab hamne uska oil check krne k liye oil Gej nikala to wo cream color ka aur chip chipa tha,aut jab kapde se saaf kiya to ek dam malai jesa aur cream color ka Michanic ka kehna hai ki gadi ka hedd kholna padega,oil aur pani mix ho raha hai, Pls guide me bro Im new driver

Brother air, fuel and oil filter maine boodmo app se liye the for around Rs 350. And oil i bought for around Rs 1200 for 3.5 liter for shell helix hx7 semi synthetic engine oil...

Bhai nano me gear oil bhi hota h Jishe maximum mechanic change or check hi nhi krte meri gadi me bhi yehi hua tha .or jb maine mechanic pucha toh usne kaha ki jo engine me oil hota h wahi gear me chla jata h .but bhai aisa nhi h.gear box alag hota h or gear me oil bhi alag hota h.jb maine apni gadi ka gear oil ka drain net khud khola toh meri gadi ke gear me oil hi nhi nikla or jb maine ushme gear oil dala toh gear bahut samooth ho gye pehle bahut hard padte the.so bhai service ke tym engine oil or gear oil pakka change kro gadi koi bhi buri nhi hoti mechanic uske knowledge ki bat hoti h.nano ke engine me 3 littre engine oil dalta h .or mechanic 2.5 hi dalte h or 500ml apne pass rakh lete h or paise humse pure lete h.or gear me 1.5 ml oil dalta h jishe yeh log check or change hi nhi krte or jyadatar gadi ka air filter bhi ulta dal dete h jishse gadi kuch tym bad ghutne lagti h.yeh chije agr dhyan me rakho toh gadi bilkul nhi khrab ho sakti h guarantee h...🙏🙏or rediator me coolent hi Dale pani nhi pani se coolent box khrab hota h jung lagta h . coolent se nhi🙏🙏🙏

2 2.5k with good quality semi synthetic or synthetic oil. Normal mineral oil se aur sasti hojayegi.

He is not properly trained mechanic , once u fill the engine oil and start ,and warm up for 2 mins and switch off , and leave it for 5 mins , and we need to check the oil level again , then if the stick shows bit less , then we have to top up oil . That’s the procedure and before installing oil filter did he swipe some oil on the filter mouth , so that it won’t get stuck next time while opening. And coming to fuel filter , we have to change it , not every service atleast every second service, because the pollution around and quality of the fuel also . Common , it’s a baby car , need some extra care . Thanks

Bro maine ac gas ke bare me comment kia tha apko to wha par reply ka Option nhi aa rha so yha kar rha hu.maine ac gas dubara dalwai machnic ke kehne par. Usne bola gas nhi hai islie cooling kam hai .or koi leakage bhi nhi mili usko.or maine 1 year me dusri bar gas dalwai hai😊

Bhai condensor sahi se full speed pe ghoom rha hai ya nhi 1 baar wo check karke mujhe btao... Agar dheere ghoomrha hai toh usi ka problem hai...

Bhai ac filter se toh khaali air flow mein farak padega and agar cooling nhi aa rhi toh check your condenser fan and also the compressor....

Brother exactly toh yaad nhi. Yehi kuch 400-500 k filters the and 1200 1300 ka oil tha 3.5 liters but nano mein dalta hai 2.3 liters so 1 liter bach gya...And 650 labour jisme throttle body bhi clean hui thi, Throttle body ka separate video hai agar by chance nhi dekha toh please do check it...😊😊
