Battery🔋! battery🔋!! battery🔋!!! Atleast you spoke about the CHEMESTRY...... Well its all about the batt. chemistry 👉 MAX's LFP are more safe, almost 2 times the life ,and better suited to out hot conditions , then the NMC's of XUV400. 👉NMC have better discharge rate ( i.e. better instat current discharge), therefore it compliments BIGGER MOTOR in 400. therefore slight better outright performance. 👉 Mapping of different DRIVING MODES in both cars are different. XUV is mapped aggressively in different modes. therefore XUV will give far LESSER MILAGE in TOP mode in exchange for performance, when compared to MAX on SPORTS MODE .....same way XUV will be dull in economy mode then the MAX on economy mode PLS NOTE MAX has 1KWh bigger battery 🔋 to XUV 👉XUV definitely is a bigger car (being SSANGYONG TIVOLI originally) ...but its interiors are dated and far leser on some IMPORTANT FEATURES like REGEN MODES ( which is a must on HILLY areas ) ... considering the vehicle sells at somewhat same price point 👉 TATA has a better and more fine-tuned advance software, sply when it recieved ON ROAD FEEDBACK from thousands of MAX / TIAGO / TIGORE cars already on the roads . Mahindra still has to go a long way. 👉 Important point is - will Mahindra be able keep the price competitive, if it changes from NMC to LFP chemestry cells????

True, but the point are all Nexon ev baised. I have already read an article about both. Xuv400 also has its own stand in many way. Apart from technology, xuv400 is bigger, which means more money has been put. (Note:- Hardware is much more expensive than software.) Mechanical hardware of chasis, suspension set-up, and so on. This what make a vehicle expensive. We need to look into where the money is put rather than miscellaneous features.

@@er.m.s8930 Mahindra has not developed the vehicle. Its basically a korean vehicle, named TIVOLI .both 300 and 400 are based on it. You are right, hardware is expensive. LFP battery are marginally expensive, and all major ev manufacturers are switching over to LFP. therefore Mahindra would have got a better bargain for the NMC battery. Battery cost almost half of the EV cost . To balance out the cost factor , Mahindra would have therefore considered NMC over LFP. And also this is the reason they have cut down on features list. Pls note , in hilly areas REGEN MODES are really necessary to control the vehicle, while driving down the hills . I am from hills and have driven NEXON ev , and found this feature to be of utmost importance, as there is no engine breking available in evs . Or else you end up using more of the vehicle break pads , and less control on descending vehicle speed .

They missed out one major point Bigger, longer, wider cars are much more expensive and Indians love bigger size. Regarding interior looks, it doesnt effect the price majorly. The mechanical factor affects the price majorly. And regarding Air-ventlilated, its impractical for most of the user. It will shorthen the range dramatically during long touring which is a big downfall for EVs.

Sir, Ford aspire bs4 titanium plus diesel 2020. 6 airbags.1st owner with service history. 85k km. Warranty upto 1.50 lakh km till December 2024. Price- 4 lakh. Not in delhi. Here 15yrs on diesel. Good deal?

Why don't you guys drag race on busy or congested roads of cities/towns? Show how you punch it while zipping past a child or some group of people or auto rickshaw etc. Cos that's where this gets translated/manifested to by your viewers.

They are not faster. They are quicker. Their max speed is capped at 150. oil models can easily gap them anyday. Pls don't confuse people with Fast and Quick. These cars are quicker because of the acceleration
