We finally got the opportunity to drive the hotly anticipated mini SUV - Punch. While everything looks alright, it surely lacks the punch that we were expecting. The engine feels lethargic, and it feels even worse with the AMT gearbox. We would recommend everyone to buy the manual transmission variant instead of the AMT. In terms of feature, it's definitely quite loaded. It shares its platform and powertrain - ALFA - with its Altroz. As far as the price is concerned, we expect it to be priced between Rs 5.25 lakh - Rs 9 lakh.

7:13 companies are doing that to discourage you from pressing horn with full hand. Airbag deployment will cause big injuries and many people have been known to have hands on horn and foot on brake before crashing.

Very honest...to the point and unbiased review...major concern you have highlighted is the braking bite when required most and the lack of initial engine power in city driving has to be addressed by Tata motors before selling this car to the customers to make it a grand success...or it will be a case of another missed opportunity..

Dear bro iam 5.3 " inch tall. I want to buy Our tata punch which fit to my budget. When i went for test drive i drove high end version which I was not that comfort. High end version have seat adjustability but adventure version do not have this. When I sit It looks adventure version seat hight is more comfort for me. Can you comment on seat hight comfort of both version.

I think you got only the AMT version, other reviewers got both Manual and AMT and their impressions was similar to you for AMT version but little better for manual variant.

Respected dear As u said AMT Engine is sluggish as it produces sound many times in city driving.what is your take on manual transmission? Can a driver manage sound(vibration) of engine by clutch acceleration combination as u said in video? Price has been released now. Will this price compensate weaknesses in engine as from perspective of buyers in this price bracket. Your video was wonderful as U mentioned weaknesses of vehicle along with plus points of punch. Design is really nice... Pros are space and affordable. Good Tyre size is provided. Tech wise it's lacking but parking camera is excellent. What Tata need is refined and more punchy engine. Also that instrument cluster need big change.
