Tata Punch is a a 5 star rated car. It's a safe car which nobody denies but unfortunately it gives you lot of problems due to poor quality. You end up visiting service station on a regular basis to fix faults in the car.Tata has to imprive its overall quality of the car.Reliability of Tata cars is a bidgquestion mark

Good Analysis , Daksh. I agree Maruti n Hyundai should give more safer cars and use high strength steel in car frames for strong body shell. Something which Tata , Mahindra , VG Cars do often. Indians are opting for safer cars..there is some awareness. But I don't find Research n development in tata/mahindra cars as good , say as hyundai, or Toyota or even suzuki. The initial lots are as a result half baked products. Then there is after sales service concept , which Indian car makers lack seriously ; the local dealers behave as govt departments . Currently , there are serious issues in new scorpio , xuv 700 , and you tube is full of that. Kaushik vlogs , Arun pawar , explore the unseen and many you tubers faced issues or highlighted issues in cars they owned or interviewed on their channels of Tata or Mahindra. Even MG Motors services are questionable on Hector as reported on many forums and youtube. Just check out. I guess the peaceful ownership experience and after sales service is a big factor in mind of indians while going for a brand , hence they wily nily go for a maruti or hyundai. The after sales service of hyundai is much better than Tata/mahindra/volkswagen. Yes Hyundai is loosing the game on looks and new verna is a disappointment in looks. Maruti S Cross was a 5 star rated car but it did not get numbers and was discontinued. Peaceful ownership and good after sales service is a major factor , which Mahindra and Tata do not give, consider that. Any car accident above 60km is not safe , be it any make or ncap rated, may be slightly. The engine , interiors , looks , after sales service features , pricing , service network , spare parts will have a bearing too on sales and resales , which you guys have missed to drive home. Punch has door unlock problem from inside, it's 2 step unlock is not good. Kids can open the running car door easily, with this flaw I didn't find any use of NCAP 5 star rating

Exter ka front approach angle is a big No! Aap sirf 4 passenger with luggage bithao , bumper agar thoda sa high hua to thukegi gaadi, light offroading to out of syllabus. 2ndly ground clearance iska kuch na rahega due to low build quality and suspension shocker travel bohot Kam hai . Haa engine,gearbox,handling is good. Dikhne mai its not attractive. Punch and fronx yeah much better,even magnite bhi considerable hai .

fully biased on Punch. Looks are subjective , I feel exter is much good looking car than puch. Safety rating is yet to come (recently verna scored 5/5). Seems like you are sales person of tata punch.

The title of the video should be "Tata Punch better than Exter in terms of safety" In the 13mins video all they are talking about is the safety and how Punch is safer than any other car in the segment. This is not a detailed review for sure, what's good should in Exter you should not hide it behind the safety aspect which Punch offers.
