It's more or less same with the likes of Innova and XUV700. Only Innova's third row seating is better than Safari's third row. Rest are only below Safari..

We booked the Safari, but when we saw the demo car in the showroom we found so many quality issues and cancelled the booking. Tata needs to sort out the quality and fit and finish of their cars, especially for one that costs above 33 lakhs! Edit: I see a few people calling me out for being fake or a Tata hater and whatnot... I have nothing against the brand and I'm just voicing out my opinions as a customer... The showroom I went to check the demo car is Tata Motors Tafe Access, mount road, Chennai. Go check it out for yourselves! Period.

very true...we bought new tata nexon fearless 3 days before...fit and finishings are worst...car quality is perfect...but at the cost of 17.40 lakh on road price car these kind of fit and finish are not acceptable..please sort out these pbms tata...before we used Hyundai i20 active perfect car...but this time we plans to bought indian brand...so we choose nexon fearless+ diesel manual model...everything is good except fit and finish of the car

Yeah , I had planned to book the car but after checking all the things in real. I have booked Hycross now . Even though Hycross variant doenst have cosmectic features like this its more spacious reliable and comfortable. Eventhought the media ppl know these issues they wont tell us because they wont vehicle next time. Always better to go personally to showroom and check it yopurself.

I would still prefer Compass (mainly bcoz of steering) at this price range, if this can’t be used properly as a 7 seater. Service is negative for both… ADAS is imp not sure how it’s useful for our condition.

The main attractive thing in Safari outerlook is the step roof rail which gives superb side view and it is differentiating from harrier.

Ventilated/ heated seats, dashcam front and rear cam are must in india. Skyroof is not a need at all.

Not only build quality and fancy features won't give driving pleasure.. went for a test drive.. clutch quality and gear shift was not in expected level...it's better to think on Italian quality aspects.. Maintenance costing also higher side min 18 to 22k ..

Depends on your usage. If city usage with start stop traffic, go for a petrol motor because bs6 diesel comes with DPF which will be a big headache if you use for local commute in start stop traffic with less highway usage It 60% usage is on highway, go for the diesel option

For the price it's really worth the money. All the features of the premium segment is available. Definitely it's awesome 👌👌👌. Ofcourse criticism is always there. Buying Scorpio is the individual's preference. Knowing about the after service one can opt for Safari.
