Problem is lack of fast charging in the MG Comet. The lack of this single feature will make it a deal breaker for most people. Very few Indians can buy 2 cars i.e. one for long drives and one for city rides. Most people buy one car which has to be capable of going anywhere. Unfortunately MG Comet cannot be taken on long drives as you can't do top up at charging stations in the middle of the journey. So you can drive for max 150-200 km in a day and that too on flat roads. In hilly roads, you can only plan for max 100km in a day which is nothing since distances in hilly areas are very long. I feel this is a big miss by MG to not provide fast charging.

Preferring Comet would be accha option for me, I like premium interior, smooth rides, Technology, voice assistant, enough space inside car, compact outside Jo mg comet sab hai!

Previously I was fan of Tiago EV, but after this Comet entry in the market changed my mood, MG once again proved that car should have more features and style under the amount we pay.

MG Comet EV has a longer range of up to 260 km on a single charge. The feature and comfort give the premium feel.

What features? Comet lacks cruise control, auto headlamps, fog lamps, rain sensing wipers, rear wiper and defogger... And ofcourse, fast charging (which can be ignored considering city car).
