Well part of the problem is that Ukraine never really left Russia until now and have had nothing but corrupt President until now. Putin decide to attack Ukraine because he saw NATO as not caring and a easy target. But Putin forget that people usually fight for their homelike when given a chance. My feeling any Russia who came after 2014 should be out of Crimea. Ukraine will have huge issue after this was finished with rebuilding but hopefully they will invite the right people back and do it right. When these area fell after the Soviet Union failed their was no plan and no nothing. Just the local government and it take years for a new country to get on their feet. If you are American you should look at our own history. It certainly was the Constitution was signed and all was good with never a problem again. Even know we seem to not be able to get along or appreciate everything we have.
