@@chaterrant4428 negative. It's not supposed to be well done, brutal black doesn't care about anything being well done, it's about transcendence through pain. You don't need to rise to her defence. It looks like shit. Maybe you need to read about brutal black and the intention the creators have about it. They literally state "it's not about the marks on your body, but the marks it leaves on your mind." So you just sound silly. So again, her work looks like shit because it isn't necessarily about the shit work but about the process of having it done.

Jeff's tattoos on his neck represent his struggles with substance abuse. The guy was all over the news for it. But he's a cool dude. I've met him before (and Matt) Matt was a great dude. Jeff was visibly off. But i still respect the man. What he does for his kids, man.

Brock Lesnar had that tattoo done during a hard time in his life. He was addicted to prescription pain pills and was going through a depression. He said "It felt like I had a knife to my throat." That's the reasoning behind it. You're welcome. It may be shitty work but shouldn't matter.

Brock Lesnar's tattoo is a sword pointed to his throat. This represents his traumatic past. When he got the tattoo, he was going through depression and I believe he was a drug addict, so he lost all of his money. When he finally got a job he wanted a tattoo that represented the time in his life where he just wanted to put a knife to his throat and kill himself almost every day. I didn't know what it meant until I saw a video on it

No, i think the sword is mean as a threat. There was a time when he felt he could die at any given moment because of alcohol and pain killer. So he tatooed a sword on his neck to reminded him about that time.

I remember my last year in high school (1988) & seeing these Samoan twins at school with their traditional "tatau" from the bottom of their stomach,all the way down to their knees... They were at school! WTF An impressive sight at that age,& for them it was a traditional thing to do in Samoa (at the time I hadn't met or seen a Samoan & didnt know anything bout polynesians) My first great visual excitement of tattoos came from them.. They were big lads & powerful on the rugby field,but they were humble & the nicest guys you'd ever meet

It feels like Danny and Paul are the only two that critiqued and gave their opinions about these tattoos fairly. EDIT: It would be amazing if Inked could do an extended part two version to this with Jeff Hardy’s sleeve and back tattoos along with many more…. Rhea Ripley, CM Punk’s sleeves and chest pieces, Randy Orton’s sleeves, The Uso’s, Lita’s left arm sleeve, Rey Mysterio, Seth Rollins’ back tattoo, Kevin Owens, Cody Rhodes side neck and chest tattoos, Aleister Black, Kofi Kingston, AJ Styles.

@Triple 4 Booth did most of his work. I don't know if you're familiar with Paul's work, but it's 5-600 an hour good. He's kind of a big deal, and with good reason. Terrible artwork? The dudes had a 2 year waiting list for the past decade for a reason.

Vincent Gigante it’s a very painful tattooing process. It focuses more on the pyschological and ritualistic aspects from which tattooing originated rather than only the artistic aspect. They pretty much draw a bunch of black lines and people even end up puking and crying from the pain. That’s why her tattoos are impressive

Nobody said that, but ok. Her point was that tattoos are supposed to be placed to fit the body. On a woman that already has muscular arms that tattoo looks like shit. It makes her already huge arms look even bigger. The tattoo is too big and blocky, and incorrectly shaped. She legit could've got basically the same exact tattoo slightly smaller and better shaped, and even with that horrible design it would look 100 times better. It does not fit her body. It's not "omg because she's a girl she has to get a certain tattoo!?" A woman's body and a man's body are not the same.

So many people were triggered by the artist's comment about "her femininity" when all she meant was that the size/shape/placement were not correct for a woman's body. Tattoos should fit and even enhance the body. On a woman that already has muscular arms that tattoo is too big and blocky and does her no favors. Although I'm not a fan of the design, she could've gotten the same design with better size, shape and it would look drastically better.

If you read Lesnar's book as well as watched some interviews he got that tattoo when he was going through a lot of dark stuff in his life; being addicted to painkillers and being depressed. "It felt like I had a knife to my throat." he got it as a reminder to never forget that part of his life and how much her personally overcame. also "it's not sharp" because they didn't zoom in and see that the tip of the blade is actually piercing him. edit: they chose a lot of outdated pics of wrestlers especially Batista. guy has shitty tattoos yes but he's covered from head to toe with good artwork
