For real, eh? You actually just cycle back and forth between two batteries at a race? Is there no issue with performance charging the pack when it's still hot? Or is that just going to reduce longevity? Genuinely curious. 🤔 Nice review, I really love these new 1400 R-line V5's...they weigh exactly the same as a bunch of my 1300 budget packs.🔥

You want your gear to be bulletproof and 100% reliable so using the same quad and small amount of batteries is common. If it’s hot hot just wait a little before charging.

Boosting non-HV cells up to 4.35 V/cell levels eh? Do you feel comfortable doing that on all high quality regular voltage packs? Just got myself an R-line pack and keep wondering about going above the standard 4.2 V/cell level. I read somewhere that the HV labelled packs are just regular packs that tested so well the manufacturer feels safe letting people boost them up to HV, not that they are built any different.

They have the best performance. But in my personal experience they also have the most cell failures among other battery brands I own.

Hi. I have this exact batteries ( 1400mah 150c 6s 5.0 ) and this exact charger, I’m also absolutely green ( I come from DJI fpv lol ). How do I know what to choose in Target Current and Target Voltage? I did a lot of research cos I don’t want to F up anything and I did read that I should set it on 1.4 because my battery is 1400 but I don’t get where the 4,2 is coming from. Would you enlighten me please? 😂 I also have bat safe box cos I don’t want to set myself on fire lol but that just brings even more confusion 🤣

I also don’t understand how I’m I supposed to use the Bat Safe Box with it. There wires are not long enough, but it would all perfectly fit inside - I mean with the charger INSIDE the safe box, and then the only one wire going thru it is the AC cord, but I don’t think it’s the right thing to do lmao. All the wires attached with this charger doesn’t fit my batteries, not to mention that they are not long enough even if they would fit. I have Tattu R line 1400mah 6s 150c 5.0 batteries. This is my first FPV drone and I’m trying to charge my bats for the very first time. Please help 🙏 I beg you.
