Thanks so much for the content guys! Tau vrs Grey Knights! Great match up and a great pair of players. Don’t worry Adrian, you will get the rules down for Tau eventually, they got a lot of moving parts to keep track of. I was curious if you could tell me where the 3d prints for the Grey Knight dreadknights come from? Those models are amazing and very well painted. Thanks again for all the content!

Great battle report. A mimber od games are being wok by the secret missions. I think they definitely have to be considered at the list building stage. Strike's would be an annoying unit to shift agter they come in from reserve later in the game and have -1 to wound. Ret Cadre did awesome in the points update. I've even added a commander+Starscythe into my mont'ka list. I still play mont'ka as I just love the extra ap stratagem that can be used at any range and the rerolls to hit stratagem, two great damage buffs.

Loved the batrep guys! Just a heads up for Grey Knights or any reaction move. They only reactive orMists of daemos on normal, advance, or fallback moves. Landing from reserves does not trigger any reactive move nor does getting out of transports. You count as normal moving but did not "finish" a normal move

At the end of Adrian's turn 1, did Brian literally pick EVERY unit that they had said they weren't going to be able to pick up due to Adrian's secondary (Marked for death), or did I miss that? (around the 51 minute mark).

@Dawwizer even so I believe the order is technically you pick up first st end of turn then discard for cp or Adrian could pick order at least. Minor thing in the game but I believe he should of gotten the points

Didn't see anyone bring this up but i think adrian was using the incorrect BS for his missile drones on the riptides. They are BS 5 and go to 4 when guided.

When Grey Knights get shot at 43:50, shouldn't it be a 3+ save instead of a 2+? Because as far as i was aware, cover doesn't gran't you benefits beyond 3+ save or did i understand this rule wrong?

Does not apply to models with a Save of 3+ or better against attacks with an AP of 0. The Interceptor have a save of 2, so they benefit from Cover in this Situation.

Im calling it breachers are overcosted, strikes are going to see more play

When you consider a fireblade, Breachers and devilfish is the same cost as 30 strikes I can see strikes being used more. For jumping up and killing an enemy unit on an objective Breachers still rule but for the most cost effective body to just stay around strikes do very well. Before the codex I used to use 2 carnivore units, after the recent points changes I changed a cadre fireblade and Breachers that didn't have a Devilfish into 2 strike teams that I can use just like the old carnivores, probably 1 in reserve every game for secondaries and sneaking onto open objectives later in the game. Breachers also have more competition from the cheaper commander+Starscythes which puts out similar shots, is also ap1 against infantry and has some stronger weapons on the commander to give it more flexibility.

**SPOILERS** As bad as they are, I think Strike Teams may be on the menu for RetCad. If those Pathfinders had been Strike Teams Adrian wins this game lol I know Grundy (Puretide) is recommending them now and I think he may be right.

secret missions can only be selected by a person(s) if you are losing or both players are at the same points at start of turn 3. so grey knights couldn't win by secret missions and had to continue with primary.

Secret missions only look at primary points not total score. They played it right

Pirannah forces BS test. It was game ending there and then and you forgot it. You can't select secret missions the way you did it, GKs wouldn't select one.

Secret missions are based on Primary, for which both factions were tied which mean they could both select
