Immediately moved to tears. Such a great artist - beloved by my mother, who had the great good fortune to hear him sing on our own dear Isle of Man. I believe during WWII. R.I.P.

Far better than Willy Thunis! Tauber's voice was absolutely perfect, the dream tenor voice, the "pendant" of Lotte Lehmann for soprano voice! Splendid!
