I am a Taurus dealing with a Pisces, who was emotionally unavailable cheated on me and still hides the fact that she talks to her ex but reaches out to me wanting to rekindle things telling me that she wants to make a change, but doesn’t want to talk about the past. so yes, this is definitely my read.
