Wow stay ready so you dont have to get ready is UBER SIGNIF!!!! Literally last night I was thinking about the first fight I lost (he turned me around and socked me in the jaw when i punched him back he picked me up by my waist slammed me to the ground and i broke my thumb on the landing). I reflected on how it really is ingrained in my reflexes now to always stay ready so i dont have to get ready. That was krazy.
