Chiropractor here. It’ll hurt right up until it goes away. I injured a couple of ribs getting into a scuffle w my teenage son, I’m embarrassed to say. Keep breathing normally and take Vit D3, Lots of C and Omega 3’s. Also Tumeric/Curcumin is helpful. Sending healing vibes your way!

Great reading Paul! This BIG thing is something I have been working on since January. It is definitely blowing up and I feel every piece of energy in this reading…I know that help will be needed soon. I have no friends, so sometimes i feel stuck. I dont like to feel like my future is controlled because of the lack of support. Me and my sister built her a campervan from a shitty ole bus that was really cheap and we used recycled and natural materials like hemp insulation and any wood we could. Also I just saved enough to by a van that I can travel in. It took a a couple years but I’m so excited and hope you are so happy with your new campervan!
