Tavi Costa: Gold to Go Much Higher, Mining Industry Will "Massively Outperform"

Tavi Costa of @crescatcapital shares his thoughts on gold's recent price activity, outlining why he thinks the yellow metal will lead other commodities higher. He sees silver and copper as metals that will benefit from its rise.
"To me gold is sort of the first thing to really move, and the first box to check in terms of a secular market. But where you're really going to likely get those big returns is going to be on things that tend to move with gold. And as we see gold move, usually you tend to see other metals really leading the way to the upside," he said.

Great discussion and education for me: Living in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand our currencies have already gone to Hell against Gold. Many retiree-Americans in Thailand have to wear lead-diving belts so they don't float away - being so light with the $US in Thailand - I ask them sometimes "maybe you should look at swapping some of that paper for Gold?" - most "look at me like a dog that's just been shown a card-trick" (Bill Hicks) - but thank Heavens I didn't suggest to buy the small miners - as I did.

Some people love the mining stocks! Don't forget them! Why do approximately 7 billion people and almost every government like gold and clamor to get it?! Don't say hate, say they are dumb! Well, that's not right either, how about people just need to be more informed! Maybe there are exciting things happening in the sector! Charlotte will keep us informed! The miners have broken out, I took profits too early on some of my positina. I don't think I would buy at these valuations, just look at Franco Nevada and Agnico, they have both made quite a move.

Franco nevada is around or actually under it’s average of price for the period starting in 2020. With gold at 15% above the monthly maximum it had in 2020

Silver is the most useful metal not gold.

I would say gold is 2nd most useful, you are correct. silver is the most electrically conductive element, the most thermally conductive element, and the most reflective element. Gold, however, is the must ductile and malleable metal, and can never corrode, where's silver does tarnish, but doesn't rust away

Mr Costa: Conversation on gold that omits honest speculation about the covert truth of *GOLD MINING* (Yamashita gold, the powerful owners of the mines, the suppression of the price as a function of the global DeepState or oligarchy).
