Dear all... at time 1.32 secs l told Distance between Guwahati to Tezpur is 500 km and it takes 15 hrs time.. but it's a mistake. I shud have said distance between Guwahati to Tawang is 500 km. Sorry for the mistake.

Although I do not know much Hindi, I had no problem following your step-by-step English translation in the video. These are places that I never visited in India 0ver sixty years ago. Bad time to visit. Monsoon season leads to landslides in tawang. It's risky.

Tawang is very beautiful during December and January. Specially during January. Everywhere it's white. But you have to use chain wheeled vehicles to roam. It will be too cold... About 9-10 degree Celsius which may go upto negative.

Ya u can Visit.. but roads may be blocked in some places and also u must use a chain wheeled vehicle. Helicopter service right now l am not aware. Please check the website of Arunachal tourism.

The roads get a bit dangerous. But u can go if you get the permit depending on the weather conditions. Mid April is better than March.

Temporary ILP is issued for 15 days. Fee is not 300 . Even permanent ( 1 yr) ILP does not cost 500
