Is there any funds available for non - solar folks who want to enter the solar industry to get education with grants or similar funds ? ________ Also I am not talking about learning to be an installer nor to be an electrical apprentice. I am asking as someone who wants to learn solar design and / or solar sales consultancy. Thanks
