So unrealistic for the lay person to buy a house every 2-3 years let alone every year. Want to beat tax, you need to have a side income that is cash in hand. Learning to fit kitchens and tile definitely supplemented my day income massively.

I would always encourage extra income. You can't beat the tax man with cash, they will catch you. Do not advertise it on social media, they regularly check that. If you want to reduce your tax use the tax schemes on offer, do not illegally avoid paying tax. It is so easy for normal people to learn how to buy a house every year, not hard at all. Depends if you want to learn or keep telling yourself its impossible?

Mortgage lenders look at something called 'serviceability'..It is nearly impossible to buy a property every year...

Do you mean buy in your own name or through a company? Buying a house a year is so simple, childs play, if you discover how to do it and get the correct help and advice.

@@PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation buy through a Ltd We buy cash refurb the property then put a mortgage on it rent it out on to the next it’s that simple I don’t get this paying for investment courses If we don’t buy cash we buy with a 25% mortgage

I’m assuming you can’t buy residential under a sip/sas? Or can you?

You can not buy residential property into a SIPP or a SSAS. You can loan money from your SASS to your property company, within the rules, and your company can but residential with the money. It is like having your own bank. Good luck.

I will give you all better advice You don’t need money when your dead so spunk the lot while your alive Sign the house over to the kids but physical gold and hide it and only tell the kids where it is Make sure you enjoy your money while you can

@@PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation but what is a poor person in my late 20s I was on about 600 a week now I run my own company taking home 12k a month what is the difference between now and then absolutely nothing life is what you make it with what you have it’s as simple as that

@@mickgascoigne4003 Well done Mick. You took the risk, you got the reward. Most people are to afraid to try. What if it all goes wrong? You asked yourself the question "what if it works?" and it did. When I sya "poor" I mean poor mindset.. ie think they are poor. there are no numbers, it is all personal views.
