Sir as we know in case of free sample distribution of goods we have to reverse input tax credit . My query is whether same concept is applicable to supply of services without consideration.

Sir, i have a query. If an owner of a furniture showroom, sells beverages for consideration, is it a supply and is GST levibale. I feel it is not since there is no furtherance of business. Sir, need ur advice on this pls.

Sir if an Indian company exported services to its holding company which is outside India so it will be export of service under GST?

Definitely it will be a supply, coz the recipient, whoever it might be, it will be a supply. Just apply the rule of furtherance of business. If you say u are not getting any consideration as it is ur own company, then the transaction will be an exception under Schedule I.
