Taxi Drivers Discriminate Drag Queens By Refusing To Pick Them Up

These taxi drivers were caught on camera refusing to take two drag queens anywhere - the traumatic experience was enough to make one drag queen faint. Suzan Mutesi, 35, an actor, influencer and author, from Australia, filmed this moment in Beresford, Australia, after attending a party held by Virgin Australia airlines and United airlines where two drag queen flight attendants, Penny Tration and Tora Hymen helped host the party. Suzan said: "They tried to get at least three taxis to take them home, they all drove away and refused to take the drag queens. Whilst I was taking selfies with my friend and saying goodbye, I spotted Penny mid-air, falling flat on her face from the stress and anxiety. "No one pushed her. She fainted from the stress, heels and heat. That’s why everyone ran after her to help and assist - it broke my heart. I was really concerned for her health and well-being. "It was quite shocking I have witnessed buses drivers refuse to pick my black friend and her kids at bus stops- now this hence me posting about it to create an awareness."

Regardless of how you feel about drag, what we're talking about, as a factual matter, is a man in disguise. I don't blame the cab driver for not wanting to be alone with a man who is in disguise in the back of his cab. He could rob the driver, shoot him, run away and take the disguise off and no one will even have an accurate description of him. It's dangerous out here.

I don't trust videos with crucial parts edited out, the interaction with the driver was cut out and him being on the floor was cut out, I'd say the whole thing was staged

I think if the driver was at this establishment picking people up, he knew there would be drag queens....possibly. Well, you hear the Drag Queen say " I told you where we were going #%@^wit !!!! And proceeded throw his bag at the taxi. That makes me think this was more of an issue of where they were wanting to be driven to. Also the video is cut, so it's doctored. That means someone is trying to hide something that happened that tells more of the story. We also don't see a homeless person push the drag queen? Don't know if that happened off camera or what. It appears pretty clear to me that this is a dishonest effort to harm this taxi driver. So who should be getting in trouble here? And for the 18273784836th time, I'm sure many, many people will be fooled by this very obviously manipulated/tive footage 🙄

I have had Ubers pass me up because i'm black and life goes on. A lot of trans are street walkers so maybe the driver wanted to be safe but a lot of taxi drivers are Muslim drivers so good luck with that. Unlike me, you made a choice in life so deal with it.

There where a lot of conveniant cuts here .. And when he fell, no one said "what did that guy do" or "hold that man". I heard a lot of "what happened" by the people litteraly around him. Then later on, he was pushed by a homeless .. really? My take, he was surrounded by supporters and after a taxi left him there, they stagged the fall. I'll change my mind whenever I'll see the uncut version.
