That looks definitely more like a private road and most likely that wouldn't be the responsibility of a parish council or as you stated any government even if you paying taxes. You guys did a great job with that project.

Sad that you guys had to do this but beautiful that you did. Cuz if you wait pon government you dead wid you teeth kin. At some point the road to my place will need addressing. I plan to ask my neighbors to let us each adopt a piece of the road and fix it. Seeing this really helps me solidify the decision kudos ❤🤗
