And i fuck with tax… i listened to every episode of Tax season and discovered him on the brilliant idiots before Tax Season was even a podcast. But he just seems extremely bitter and focused entirely on the wrong shit for someone who has another 35 years to go in prison… he is repeating the exact behavior that got him in there in the first place. “pick up a book” is kind of a euphemism….find something more interesting and self serving/self improving to focus on than Joe Budden’s content.

Man I miss taxstone,but he crashed out. I listened to the ill name this podcast later from day one, but then he started getting to fresh with Mal and Rory and then Mal started getting weird. But I would replay taxstone several times a week until the next one dropped. He was the hood report I needed. I work in a corporate setting and his podcast kept me grounded to the streets and he’s a smart but foolish guy. I loved hearing his theories and thoughts on things because they were always logical for the hood, similar to family I grew up around.
