Yea he has the right but that dosent mean people gon fw the decision he made. And when your a guest in a culture that is not your own it would just be the humane thing to do to show grace compassion understanding and some form of decorum when dealing with something as serious as death. Yea there are communities and sub sections of black culture tht engage a revel in the violence.
