It’s not innocent until proven guilty when he is basically threatening with people’s pictures or information he has on people. That is blatant intimidation tactics and in my opinion he looks guilty as ever after that video. As a victim myself if the person who made me a victim said those things and acted like that I would be TERRIFIED to come forward with my story. Females get such shit and if he has nudes people will automatically discredit her because she sent nudes so she had to have wanted it and that’s BS. This whole situation enrages me. These victims deserve a safe opportunity to accuse. And further more they surely do NOT owe Taylor a conversation with him. That whole thing is unreal.

For real though. I wish people understood this. The way he acted, the body language and look on his face, he looks guilty as all hell. He also looks like he’s getting sick, which leads me to believe guilt is eating away at him as he’s waiting for the other shoe to drop… and I totally agree. Not a single person owes him SHIT. The only “conversation” that should be had with anyone, is the cops. It’s insane to me that he can freely post some intimidating ass shit, threatening to literally leak someone’s nudes… and not have any consequences. This shit is just gross. It makes me mad as an SA survivor to see some jackass pulling this crap.

the fact that markell spoke out publicly in support of mads is very telling. he was one of tayler’s closest friends and lived in tayler’s content house and was asked to come out to l.a. by tayler basically discovered by tayler. when they had their facebook watch show, markell was always so grateful for all the opportunities he’d been given by tayler. so for markell to go against tayler had to be extremely difficult so that makes me think that markell knows the allegations are true

Also insane to throw around SA allegations and rumors, and make zero move to take a legal avenue after 8 months. Kid's cancelling livelihoods over rumors. The burden of proof is on the accuser, and there's a reason for that. Dave's take here is straight bitch mode seeing as he's been in pretty much the same situation.

Another takeaway from the early conversation is that Taylor & his team clearly lied several times even in the context of this podcast’s airing etc. Plus the barely veiled threats, his close friends siding with the girls, and him knowing way in advance that things were gonna come out. On the flip side we’ve seen Mads tell the truth and be doubted before, and it seems like she really keeps it real. Plus, what reason would she have to implicate herself in this if it wasn’t true? Doesn’t seem like her to want to deal with that amount of harsh scrutiny just for attention, she already has a following and a platform, she’s not desperate. To me it seems like Taylor was snitching on himself in that video and beyond.

the reason people stopped believing her after the fact (in the beginning majority of ppl were on her side before she posted more video’s) is because she posted a video saying she didn’t knows who’s BOA it was and the mom took it off her neck and then deleted that, later on she posted a multiple part video saying she was “dragged down to the ground” by the woman, she also claimed to have had the BOA on all night then later admitted she didn’t . she kept om changing the story. if she would have just let it rest and not changed the story so many times it wouldn’t have never been made such a big deal and she would have never been attacked for lying, even in this she changes her story multiple times. obviously the internet is going to dislike being lied to. also now she’s claiming the lady said BRI pulled the BOA off the girls neck but that was never mentioned in the video or in bris explanations and the daughter also didn’t say bri ripped it from her neck, it is just another added storyline to make it seem like they are more crazy that what happened

I liked Tayler before all this stuff happened- and I was confused when all of these people who were supposedly his best friends started unfollowing him and speaking bad on him, like Sean, Markell, Kellianne, the twins, Nate, Bryce, etc. The fact that they did turn on him seemed like a red flag. The BFFs episode with him was a red flag. But, the biggest red flag is Mads alluding to her involvement in the situation. I believe Mads because she really has a track record of telling the truth that no one is ready to hear. I hope she's doing ok- because to have the courage to come forward as a victim when the alleged perpetrator is also in the public (and his mother) are PUBLICLY threatening you that if you come forward they'll release your nudes/etc. I hope she's able to step forward in a safe, private way with a legal team and set the record straight.

I’m not defending him, but cease and desists can’t silence you unless you’re actually defamatory towards the assailant. they work like “if you continue slandering me, I will take legal action” - that’s when everyone, mostly Bryce, made vague videos about it trying to loophole around directly accusing him. Mads did however, imply that she’s a victim which is slander.. and if she speaks up again, backing her claim, legal action will surely be taken

It’s also really sad that he’s making it where victims can not speak out. If Mads is actually a victim, how is she supposed to tell her story if she says anything against him then it would become a legal matter. A lot of SAs do not have hardcore evidence to prove that the SA did occur. It’s just such an unfair situation for victims if this whole thing is true

It's young kids with fame following the herd and they are doing it for clout and likes, the fact that we are talking about it and it's a headline just further proves it. It is extremely odd that after 7 months that no one has come forth to make allegations, especially not a group. As we've seen with multiple SA cases that when a high profile person is being blamed for something like this that multiple victims come forward, often seeking legal protection etc. This just looks like kids and fame.

As someone whose a victim of SA & only ran across this situation bc of my teen....I know how dirty the world can be & how cut throat any industry is or can be, but as someone twice ya age....my life experiences lead me to believe when there's smoke there's 99% fire & fact your "closest" friends have made a point to distance themselves says sooo much, actions ALWAYS SPEAK LOUDER than words & jst bc they haven't addressed you don't mean that they don't feel victimized by you in some way especially bc SA survivors can take time to process & some NVR come forward or go to authorities for different reasons but more than anything, no matter whose said what it's those that were closest like Kellianne think is her name MADE SURE TO DISTANCE HERSELF, 1 person that was soooo close & makes me feel even if these ppl just distanced themselves bc as you said "rumors" then there's a reason why they felt it could have happened or have seen or been around when your actions have made them feel like the "rumors" could be true bc of what they've seen or heard you do bc if there was 0 validity in the claims then not EVERY SINGLE PERSON would have walked away 🤷‍♀️ Plenty of "influencers" have made mistakes publicly & yet never had EVERYONE distance themselves & that says alot. Sorry but your actions or feelings have obviously made those who were close to you feel it was or very well could be absolutely true which says alot. SA isn't easy to prove anyway bc it's usually only 2 ppl involved & whatever happened I pray if there's victim(s) they heal & find peace & that Karma or justice applies to those it needs to....plus it's very telling that only after Mads spoke out about it THEN YOU DID decide to speak out instead of when it initially came out 🤔

As a victim of SA twice both times legally I couldn’t come forward because I was 12 and 13 at the time and I didn’t say anything because I was scared I had no idea what to do and I didn’t go and get checked so legally I couldn’t come forward because there would be no proof medically because I didn’t go and get checked I ended up not telling anyone until 2 almost 3 years later. So I’m saying these victims could have experienced the same thing. I’m one to look at both sides of the story but I don’t believe the cease and assist it just had her nickname on it.
