Sorry, I used a compressor exactly like yours and no go, no air goes in. I removed the valve and there is a rubber insert, how would the air get into the buoy ??

Could you show how to inflate the ball with the manual pump? Some people (myself included) don't own an air compressor.

I don't have a rubber tip on my air gun, can't really get air in it

People are using these buoys to make upper cut punch bags, perhaps a smaller version tho, that would be filled with half water then inflated with air hung up and uppercutted, any ideas on how to do this, basically half water, then remainder inflated so buoy is round?

@@tactis5533 I made one using a 'Castro 20CM White Ribbed Inflatable Buoy - Heavy Duty Reinforced off ebay. I drilled a hole in the threaded bung where you put the air and drilled and glued a 'WELDTITE Woods Valve Bike Inner Tube Replacement Valves BICYCLE CAPS NEW' off Ebay, then about half filled the buoy with water, screwed the bung in and then connected a Woods bike adaptor to my footpump and pumped up with air, connected the buoy to a bungee cord I had and hung it up, it works great, bit of a fiddle to put the valve in but it made a great upper cut bag for about £20.

mine are going flat right away. I filled them by inserting the needle into the valve. Did I ruin the valve?

The last one I bought has a black valve in it. I could not feel it with the blowgun. Tried using a hand pump gun and I believe that i damage check valve. So don't feel alone. Now if I can just replace the check valve. Or whatever they call it. Mine leaks like a sieve now. Goes flat almost immediately

This is only true if you have the white valve not the black valve.

@@ronogg99 I don't understand I have the black valve I took it out looked at it do not see any thing looks damaged but still can not air up wit blow gun I was able to Get it partially inflate by leaving the screw loose when I pushed hard with the blow gun. I got to be doing something wrong and it's got to be an easier way to put in.

@@Brian-ds5gq I know exactly what you are fighting. If you remove the screw valve then you can pull out the rubber valve behind it with a needle nose. now there is no valve in the ball(open hole). Put the valve you removed with needle nose inside the one you unscrewed(it will fit in the bottom) use some vaseline on the rubber valve to help it seal when you put back together . use your blow gun to air up ball, then quickly install the valve. I had to do it a few times before it had enough air in it.. they say 2 lbs.

Lox Beats unscrew the valve and fill with water through the hole, once you reach your ideal weight, screw the valve in and fill with air.

Thanks! Is this true for the "Polyform" buoys too? Beacause it seems like i can only get polyform in my country

Everything i try to respond you quickly, i filled it through the utilisation of a simple drinking straw, i unscrewed the bottom and I insert the drinking straw in order to keep open the valve and fill it with water
