Thinking of buying new construction? Don't go it alone! Give me a call at 480-577-7113. The new-build process can be complicated and confusing. Having your own agent to help guide you through the selection, negotiation, loan and build process can save you time, money and a lot of unneccessary stress! But be aware that most builders require that you MUST have your agent with you on your very first trip to the models and often before you ever enter your email in their website. If you're considering buying in the East Valley Phoenix area, I would be pleased to help you find your perfect home!

The Adelaide model in La Mira currently has a starting price of $612,990 which is without the guest suite option. There is an Adelaide currently under construction though (estimated completion in August) that will have the guest suite and other upgrades and is priced at $693,125, which includes a $40,000 incentive! In addition they have some other incentives if you use their lender. It's a great time to buy a new build! 😃 Please let me know if you'd like to see some of these houses in person. I'm happy to help!
