7 years ago I joined this fandom.. I joined to support a curly headed country pumpkin who had a talent of singing.. 7 years, many awards, boyfriends, drama and 10 grammys later she has earned one of the biggest names in the world. People laughed at her for having a dream, people brought her down but she continued to shine.. wanting to spread almost a message of positivity to her fans.. to never give up, to always stand up for what you believe in and never back down. As she grew so did we, the fandom. In these 8 years together we've accomplished so much together.. We might have been torn down along the way but each fall made us as a fandom stronger. She is there for us, she is grateful ... we are there to support her throughout thick and thin. I am proud to call myself a Swiftie and I always will be. Thank you Taylor, thank you so so much Xx
@jp237646 жыл бұрын
What do you mean "We"? It's all Taylor who achieved it with her talent. Without her talent to write songs people can relate to, she would have had no fans.
@jessicas.35186 жыл бұрын
jp23764 If you're really a swiftie, you would notice that Taylor doesn't say the word "I" much. She would always say "We": "We worked so hard for this" "We did this", "We're awesome" or "If it weren't for YOU, I wouldn't be here" Yes, her talent made her accomplish many things but selfless Taylor always made sure that Swifties are part of her, hence the word "We" ❤️
@gbird13856 жыл бұрын
Sorry but what do you mean by we? Taylor achieved all her talent herself. Without her amazing talent to write songs that people can relate to then she wouldn't have all these Swifties with her today!💘💘💘

Unless she tops it "All Too Well" will always be her "Stairway to Heaven". This is a brilliant song but it is not in the same league as ATW. That song makes me cry when I am stone cold sober. Don't even ask what it does to me when I've had several drinks.. It strips me bare right down to my core..
@ZATennisFan5 жыл бұрын
@@kimberly11091 I think that Taylor is the living embodiment of the idea that country music is more about where a song is written from than about how its delivered. Even some of the stuff on Reputation is country when seen from that perspective. Getaway Car stands out. Of course New Years Day is pure country...

This is the proof why I love her and why my life without her would never be the same. This is the first time I hear this song and now I know there is someone who believe in me, someone who cares about what I'm going to became and someone who does not want to lose me, really, and now I know we will be remebered. Just now, while I'm writing this here I can't stop crying. Other singers never wrote a song just for me, no one never did it. I know there is someone out there, someone that I only see in videos or by a screen, but someone who really exists and who really want me to be happy. This is the promise I've done to Taylor and now I know that I will tell my children her name, and I will cry like I'm doing right now. Words can't explain how I fell for you. Long live to you and thank you.

Those who are saying they don't like her music now, sad about how she become, thinks Reputation is terrible.. blah blah blah. You just broke the promise.
@jilldurham54985 жыл бұрын
Jackylyn you can be a swiftie still and not like her music. I have always been a fan of hers regardless if I like her music or not. You don't have to like her music to be a fan of hers. I love her music though. I just think some of her songs are barely okay but can relate to them in some way or another. They didn't break their promise. They just don't like how she has become lately. She is still the same sweetheart she was but she has changed because of the bullies. I will always be a fan of hers. Just not all of her music. That's what the definition states. I still listen to Reputation but can't listen to it that often because it isn't as good as her 1989 Pop album. But I still think one song is as close to 1989 as you can get and that is Getaway Car.
@jonnyfendi20035 жыл бұрын
jill....you expect her to be this 15 year old girl forever???? I mean come on shes almost 30, she has different things to sing about, you expect a music video of her to be roaming the halls of a high school thinking about some crush....get over yourself.
@jilldurham54985 жыл бұрын
jonnyfendi2003 again, you can fan of hers and not of her music. I hated babe which was written for her red album. I get what you are saying and I like the album and went to her Reputation tour with my cousins who are sister Sarah and Claire. I just don't like it as much as 1989. I do like all of her songs on there but there are songs that are fantastic and that is End Game and Getaway Car.

I said remember this moment in the back of my mind The time we stood with our shaking hands The crowds in stands went wild We were the Kings and the Queens And they read off our names The night you danced like you knew our lives Would never be the same You held your head like a hero On a history book page It was the end of a decade But the start of an age Long live the walls we crashed through How the kingdom lights shined just for me and you I was screaming long live all the magic we made And bring on all the pretenders One day, we will be remembered I said remember this feeling I pass the pictures around Of all the years that we stood there On the side-lines wishing for right now We are the Kings and the Queens You traded your baseball cap for a crown When they gave us our trophies And we held them up for our town And the cynics were outraged Screaming, "This is absurd!" Cause for a moment a band of thieves In ripped up jeans got to rule the world Long live the walls we crashed through How the kingdom lights shined just for me and you I was screaming long live all the magic we made And bring on all the pretenders I'm not afraid Long live all the mountains we moved I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you I was screaming long live that look on your face And bring on all the pretenders One day, we will be remembered Hold on to spinning around Confetti falls to the ground May these memories break our fall Will you take a moment, promise me this That you'll stand by me forever But if God forbid fate should step in And force us into a goodbye If you have children some day When they point to the pictures Please tell them my name Tell them how the crowds went wild Tell them how I hope they shine Long live the walls we crashed through I had the time of my life, with you Long, long live the walls we crashed through How the kingdom lights shined just for me and you And I was screaming long live all the magic we made And bring on all the pretenders I'm not afraid Singing, long live all the mountains we moved I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you And long, long live the look on your face And bring on all the pretenders One day, we will be remembered

I've always said that once she decides to quit making music (cri) she should release Long Live as a single and have the music video be clips from her tours, interviews, meet & greets, etc.

Idk I feel like this is so much better than a pre-recorded video, the way she looks at the fans 😍

No this is the perfect video for the song I’m crying! Her smile, the cheers in the crowd, everything 💕

I still can't believe she missed the opportunity to blast the confetti cannons on the line "confetti falls to the ground".

Imagine what Long Live (taylors's version) is gonna sound like!!! Hearing her sing "can you take a moment..." is gonna break me. All her fans who became parents have probably shared their love for Taylor with their kids. There's a whole new generation of Taylor Swift fans and this song is her message for all of us 😭😭❤
