If I were looking to move out of my tsr3 to a TaylorMade I would go qi10 simply because the stealth looks too wild for me.

I found it very interesting that there wasn’t a 20 yd difference between the Max D and the LS. I bought the Aerojet based on your review last year think I will wait till you hit the Cobra and Callaway woods. Seeing your difference between the stealth 2 and the QI10 was also eye opening. No point in spending $800 on a driver for a few yards. Mind you my swing isn’t at all like yours. Lol. Great video. Patiently waiting for the others. Hurry up. Bahahaha

Love your videos! One of my favorite channels. What do you think about the fact that they call their driver line QI10 but only one of the three drivers is actually at 10,000 MOI?

Need alert incoming. G400 max was pushing 10k (9900 g/cm^2) and the g425 max was at/over 10k g/cm^2 too. Thing to remember that the “moi number” is a combined number that covers heel/toe deflection and crown/sole deflection off off-center strikes. Good on TM for getting a really forgiving number, but I’m getting Apple “we did it first” vibes from their marketing. Great vid bud! As always!

Thanks! That makes sense. Ya they explained it as it's very hard to get the moi to 10k while maintaining speed and low spin. I'm not too technical so I just want to know if it works or not. Lol. Interesting to see PIng come out with the G430 10k simultaneously. Hoping to test that soon too. 🍻

Hows the forgiveness on the LS model vs the Triple Diamond or tsr3? I swing at about 105MPH but my spin is really high, looking to bring it down.

@@NewNineGolfthanks! I am in a similar boat swing speed wise and used your video a couple of years ago to inform my fitting into an ltdx ls. I still struggle a bit with spin and launch and will likely go to a new driver and shaft this year. I am at about 3000 average with a +1 attack angle, but the difference is likely in the ventus vs my tensei raw white. Getting good impact but as soon as I swing it over 120 it’s hard to hold under 3000 no matter what. I need more AoA but easier said than done.

That's funny cuz I've been spinning a little high and searching for a new shaft as well. Sooo I hit the cobra dark speed drivers today n popped in a ventus blue tr...... Video coming soon. But that may be an option this year. Haha

Ya so I did ask them about that. They were aware of the issue and said they addressed it. It was supposedly bad QC on the glue they used.

Thanks. I don't know if everyone just saw a video or something and was saying that the g400 was 10k. But was not 10k. That's also why Ping just announced the 430 max 10k. I'm going off of what Taylor made is saying so I don't know if the Qi10 was the first or the G430 max 10k. Thanks for watching. 🍻

You’re carrying your drives 320? Are the specs on that trackman jacked up a bit? You obviously are a great golfer and strong but carrying 320 or 25 is a bit questionable.

Elevation is up to 3428ft which is Calgary Elevation. I wold be roughly 10 yards shorter at sea level

Ping G400 max had 10000 moi way before all this. Facts.

They just released the 430 Max 10k 2 days ago before we filmed it. So wouldn't say way before.

In addition to the Ping G400 Max like you mentioned, I'm pretty sure some of the other square drivers of the past such as the Nike Sumo 5900 also hit 10K but that was before the vertical MOI number was factored into the marketing. Cobra also had drivers such as the L4V that literally had it's name based on the fact they hit the maximum limit of all four USGA variables (COR, head dimensions, volume and MOI). The reason most companies don't go so high in MOI is due to the loss of ball speed and increased spin. Losing either of these two variables is way worse than gaining slightly higher MOI and a properly fit "normal" driver will allow you to keep the ballspeed and not get excessive on the spin while still getting great dispersion. High MOI drivers are pretty great for "off the shelf" fittings as they do go very straight.

Check again. G400 Max 5700 Moi as for ping. Why else would they advertise G430 10k.... If they've done it before? You're looking at combined moi for these old drivers. Lol

Because I don’t play at Sea level. All my stock yardages I know are at this elevation.

@@NewNineGolf Exactly - for those of us who live and play at higher elevation, all our stock yardages are set based on this. Why change that on Trackman? That's like asking other reviewers who are at sea level to increase that setting to 3500ft so us "Rockies" people can see their numbers at elevation? Makes ZERO sense. Carry on fellow Calgarian.

Considering my clubs are a day older than dirt. I really like the look of the new taylormades over the stealths. I am hoping i can demo or even get fitted for a new set sometime. Its been a long time since ive golfed regularly, but would love to get i to it again.
