I hear you. That deep deep voice...and then the crooning "ooo ooh hooo". And the "So step right out//There is no amount of crying I can do for you", hits like a punch to the gut! The emotion in this song...and to hear about a grown man crying, (it's still a contentious issue for masculinity), sung in that rich deep voice, just...ahh.

This is story telling with music! You can picture a couple that loved each other and just couldn't get it right, couldn't get in sync. I think that resonates with a lot of us. Being with someone and they can't hear you and you can't hear them. It's beautiful. It's sorrow. Its love found and love lost. It's...life.

Then, Taylor sent Justn her recording, and Justin made a few modifications for the male part and added "step right out." It was Taylor who wanted to work with Justin,, not the other way around. I was there that night - I love this track and couldn't resist recording it. My gf also recorded it - and captured the moment my jaw dropped at Taylor's appearance! Justin is incredible. The live gigs (I've seen 3 now) are quite a spiritual and emotional experience

That look she gives at 1:58 is one of her best, she's been doing it since she started.

I went to the Bon Iver show in Nashville in the summer of 2022. Justin and band were lovely and wonderful....but I must admit that I prayed for this.

A mention to Sean Carey from Bon Iver also. Drummer & vocalist on this. Saw him last night in London. Amazing voice. Played Guitar, sang and played the piano. Seriously talented

she points at the audience when she sings "you were my town", to London, and by that time, Joe and her were already going through the issues that lead to their break up.

Thanks very much for sharing this video. As others have remarked, she is a generous-spirited artist and phenomenally talented. But, speaking as a Raiders fan, these past two weeks have been very painful
