Today's episode is Mrs Muni Shonibare who is a Nigerian entrepreneur who built a Multimillion Dollar Furniture and Manufacturing Business called IO Furniture from home in Nigeria. The quality of this interview is exceptional. He asks the right questions, the interviewee is allowed to speak, shows the images with the best quality and the best possible framing. And it shows something that many foreigners did not know; that Nigeria makes furniture with first world manufacturing, that it is false that everything is imported. Excellent work.

This is the real deal...manufacturing! To see a woman in charge of this is mind blowing. For me, this is the real Billionaire and she's not even loud. There are loads of such people scattered all over the south west of Nigeria. They do the job, contribute their quota and they do it without any noise. Kudos to Tayo for bringing this inspiring story to our screens.

Guys I have so much respect for black people because I understand the history of struggle black people have been through until today. all black countries are under direct control of white people with the blessing of our own black brothers who's mentally enslaves with self-hatred. Imagine if black people started on the same legs with white people the sky would be our beginning instead of being the limit. They scared of the competition I do not blame them. Because black people are the most intelligent human beings under the sun.

I have noticed watching Tayo, miss Trudy and wode mya that all across Africa a lot of the businesses have a the same issue. Lack of Human Resources the people are not trained and it’s is very hard to find these people. if the government were to invest in the youth by starting apprenticeship schemes and train people in these different industries these same businesses will improve and so will the economy having a positive knock on effect on the younger generation in Africa

Imagine that those schools and universities instead of theoretical, outdated and useless programs they are offering...imagine those schools partnering with schools like Arts et Métiers ParisTech in France and many other schools like that in Italy....Those schools can even have their own factories where not only they can train students but also where they can make many products for the Nigerian market and even Africa market...That will reduce Nigerian import of manufactured goods...The country will save a lot of money in terms of foreign exchange...The GDP will also grow substantially...

My husband introduced Tayo's channel to me, and I can say each day I'm online, I find myself here. Tayo, thank you for choosing this path in the first place. If I'm on KZfaq by the midnight, I'm possibly rewatching some interviews of Tayo and his exceptional guests. So much applicable wisdom. Gracias and God bless.
