that rubber buckshot is rated at 1000fps muzzle velocity from a standard police issue shotgun, with a barrel that long i'd be surprised if the rubber balls were going half that when exiting the muzzle. Still would NOT want to be hit by them.

@Arnisho rubber bullets and in this case buck shot dont need that much primer, less than a .22 so they make little sound, if they used anymore, even enough to make a loud sound, it would kill people, thats why it makes little sound
