Sir meri mom k spine me bahut dard rhta tha tu doctor ne MRI prescribed kiya,MRI k report me infective?? ya mitiotic etiology??? aaya hai phir doctor ne CECT thorax karwaya usme infective etiology (pott's) aaya tu doctor ne kaha spinal tb hai inko pr unke TB gold test negative aaya hai...tb sir unko kya hai ye doctor bhi confirm nahi kr paa rahe aur sahi treatment nahi mil paa raha.
