A little story bout how that became a thing in India. The beat is from a song in 1984 from a guy named Glenn Frey the song name is "The Heat Is On" it was used in the movie Beverly Hills Cop. The crazy frog people used it and changed it a bit ( kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oZ5loLWB1tyxknk.html ) . Then the Panjabi MC stole it from The crazy frog people.
