Coach, I flew out of the Tampa area a few years ago and had one of the best controllers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely busy working everyone around some weather but just super friendly and upbeat the whole time. When he handed a plane off to another controller he said good bye in a different language. I never heard the same language twice! I don't know if he's still around but you may know him. It could have been you for all I know! Thanks for all you do keeping us safe!!!

Rick Garner I’m not sure of anyone here that does that. I was also at JAX approach and there is a guy named Bob that did that. We called him Aloha Bob. That was his most popular greeting. “Aloha”.

I lived in St Pete for over 20 years. I did my flight training at Albert Whitted airport and worked at TPA for several years. Now I live in Texas. Your videos make me reminisce on the great flying that Florida has to offer. Flying into Tampa is just icing on the cake. Thanks.

In all my 1200 hours of flying, I have never heard such a calm easy to understand voice from a controller as I did from the tower at Brooksville.

Oh they are out there, they just have to get the Vienna Sausage's out of their mouths long enough to speak normally . other wise it's just gibberish and a grunt. like out of Atlanta, or Savannah, GA.

Nice, short, sweet and to the point... Tampa, used to be my home base. Just a few minutes from the airport there in Dana Shores... Amazing, EVERYBODY knows Steveo!!

The controllers at Tampa are great, I flew helicopters and airplanes my last 19 years at the Sheriffs Office. They were always asking if we got the bad guys. I also did ride alongs for the controllers at TIA, they loved being up with us and seeing what we did.

Short=busy flight with loads of useful items from blinking light to alert ground crew (ready to taxi) to loading ILS on a visual approach. I live in this area and controllers (especially at KBKV) are great for IFR practice. Thanks for talking through your decision making process during your flight while Aviating, Navigating and Communicating!👌

I live in brooksville... every time I drive by BKV I look to see TBM to say hi... if all works out I should start my flight training in January 2021 at American aviation flight school... I appreciate your videos be safe !!!

I’m a fan for a while and I’m an A&P Mechanic & a Flight Paramedic we fly out PIE, but with the work on the Runways in PIE we started flying in and out of TPA. I was watching TV a couple days ago and caught you and your Dad on buying an RV. Looks like you and your dad were having fun! I just bought a Travel Trailer Toy Hauler!!!...
