JSU Drum Section wasn’t thrown off at all

I’m a new fan of JSU and am a musician. SU played while they came in to throw them off their time. Impressed how the drum line kept the time AND focus on them. JSU is my fave for walking in and out. Also performance. All of the HBCU bands are great, but JSU has a presence of black royalty that makes me proud. Use that in the boardroom and life!

JSU paid them no mind as SU blew out there lungs as they were just marching to there stands. SU had to play like 6 songs as the whole JSU band walk past them. lol

Old skool....Sonic Boom 78-79-80. We respected all, feared no one! Nothing has or will change. We bring it, others accept it or not, but have to take it. Will always have big respect for Dr. Foster (FAMU) for starting all of this and Dr Greggs (SU), Prof Davis, Haughton, Dow Taylor( JSU) and many others for maintain what we do at HBCU's. Iron sharpens iron, bands sharpens bands. What we can't afford to do is allow competition without respect. KKY/TBS/PMA, that is our charge to lead by example..... Love the SWAC/HBCU Bands..... Baby Bull, Spring 79, KKY, Eta Eta, #12, 14 Chords of a Musical Masterpiece.

I must be different. I was there AND LOVED that Southern blew on JSU and loved EVEN MORE that JSU didn't flinch. This is what battling is about to me.

What a classless act. I've never seen something like this in all my years of marching. Thing about it ks JSU was so prepared they the drumline never heard SU. They just continued to cut up. Glad my cousin will.be attending JSU in the fall.

Bruh I noticed tubas messed up during the tuba break in IDGAF. In their attempt to throw off the Boom WT sent that same energy right back and came out UNFAZED. Shit still goes hard to this day

Man j st drum majors didn't even march in the same as they did in previous weeks before the Southern game. J st knew that Southern heat was to much for them.
