TC Carson on 'Living Single', Voicing 'Kratos' in 'God of War', Working with 2Pac (Full Interview)

TC Carson came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, where he opened up about growing up in the projects of Chicago and getting into acting. He then spoke about getting his big role as Kyle Barker on the hit 90's show "Living Single." While speaking about the show, TC detailed how he advocated for his castmates, which he feels ultimately led to him getting fired from the show. TC then detailed working with 2Pac on "Gang Related," and being surprised at how different he was than the persona TC saw on TV. terry and i were childhood friends throughout our grammar school years at hearst elementery, he was without a doubt the flashiest dresser, a prominent singer, dancer and an amazing creative artist in every field from drawing, sketching, painting and a serious intelligent student and the kindest kid with the best manners and charisma. he endeared himself to everyone he knew and was always a good friend to all...i hate making this sound like a eulogy but he deserves to have a more dominant presence as the giant talent that he is...terry will rise again an be bigger than ever.

Not sure about the interviewer(at least the level of comfort he seemed with asking questions in the beginning), but the words of TC Carson, the fight for representation has and will always be greatly appreciated by the casts of the 90's!!!

I love EVERYTHING about T. C. He is so intelligent! He is incredibly talented and so handsome. The older he gets the more handsome he becomes. I'm a jazz enthusiast and I listen to him on KZfaq at least once a day. I love his rendition of "My Funny Valentine". My DVR is full of recordings of "Living Single". When he was fired I could no longer watch it. ❤ ya T. C.

TC made a very important statement about what happens when people of another culture are put in charge of situation that they don't fully understand. The end product becomes watered down. It's like I heard Peter Tosh say once. "If you add water to milk, it is no longer milk." "It is milkish."

My dude moved back to New York and lost track of him. But he was an extremely positive influence in my life when I needed it! 💯💯💯💯 This guy seems cool like him. I just had a partial conversation with someone regarding Living Single. But we couldn't finish it because she ran out the conversation when I said it was better than Friends. She got incensed and tried to accuse me of getting upset, despite the fact I told her it was the members of Living Single that had a problem with their network, not the Friends sitcom cast, which is what some Living Single cast members said, not me. Some people just don't have the intellectual acumen to hold a conversation long enough for it to be meaningful.

up until the very early seventies it was a safe great area (clearing) to be raised in, my fondest childhood memories are from the early to late sixties and the neighborhood was quite diverse ethnically and racially.
