This was recorded in a single take (The first one!) after only receiving this unit 2 days ago. So with only a few hours playing around with the settings, I recorded this raw / honest take.

Do you know if the Perform VE can put the effects just on the mic without the use of the midi???

Absolutely! Midi controls are a bonus for the harmoniser functions. If you want harmonies but don't plan on using midi, then there are other Perform range vocal effects that might better suit you, check out the Perform VK, and there is I think 2 other options in that range,

It could work without midi using the AUX input but it adds some lag between start the audio source and play through the outputs (so the unit can track pitch in the audio). Still not useful for guitarrists (for them better the vg version) but no need for midi neither.

That's a great point Dubby Labby! But as you mention the lag is not ideal, hence the MIDI route. I take it you use the VG.

I don't think the vocals should be represented with every chord change...sounds like one of those a-cappella bands. Maybe you should've used the key-split function to control the vocal harmony?

I debated that, whether to go with the correct terminology or the more common American commercialized name, And since my biggest target audience is America, I sold myself out and went with the more common keyword search name to give my video the best chance of being discovered, Sorry :-(
