Hey sir, wanted to ask the I had submitted the nsr itpin over the nextstep portal, after that it is written that I have saved it successfully it is not getting submitted on the ilp corner. And when I went to the track my application it was written that ilp eligible so how can I schedule my ilp? What is the procedure for that?

ILP is scheduled by HRs and not by you yourself. You will have to wait till ILP gets scheduled by HRs.
